Gerry Fernandez, President, is a tenured recruiter who has thrived working in the staffing industry – first as a Division Director for a large national firm, then as a Corporate Recruiting Manager at a privately held corporate relocation firm, and lastly as Recruiting Director specializing in Engineering and Manufacturing Operations placements.

Susan Fernandez, Partner, brings more than 20 years of recruiting industry experience to Gabriele & Company. Susan earned her B.A. in Communications/Public Relations from Rowan University and worked in engineering before moving into professional staffing where she focused on manufacturing, materials, and accounting/finance. After working for a large staffing firm for more than 18 years, Susan left her position of Vice President to join Gabriele & Company where long-term relationships are built on trust and excellent customer service.
