Review contracts, confirm operators are up to date on training, audit inspections, product testing, document and correct non-conforming materials, develop new inspection methods. BS Engineering discipline a must, internship/co-op experience with quality-based manufacturer (ISO preferred).

Manufacturing Cost/Inventory Analyst
Privately held, financially secure manufacturer needs Cost/Inventory Analyst to identify improvements to gross margin. Monthly inventory/cycle counts, analyze variances; raw material, WIP and finished goods inventory; prepare costs v actual BOMs and drill down into details to identify cost inconsistencies. BS, 3+ years manufacturing inventory and cost analysis; ERP, solid Excel. US Citizen.

Manufacturing Engineer
Privately held and profitable electronic manufacturer needs Manufacturing Engineer. Diverse functions include preparing cost estimates for products/labor/materials; creating routings and BOMs, drawings, assembly and inspection instructions and visual aids; monitor/interpret defect data and quality trends; root cause and corrective actions. BS engineering discipline; 5+ years’ experience; PCB/PCBA.

Purchasing Manager
Growing medical device manufacturer seeks a Purchasing Manager to develop procurement strategies to drive improvements. Direct an 8-person team. BS + 7+ years of sourcing/supply chain and strong purchasing background. Lean experience, supplier negotiations. Relevant commodities; fabricated parts, mechanical, electro optics, electronics. FDA not required.

Sr. Planner
Privately held manufacturer needs Sr. Planner to oversee growing planning area and streamline the planning/materials functions. Opportunity to directly impact the planning and materials function by driving Lean proceses and managing to metrics. Deep BOM experience; made-to-order planning experience; 7+ years pfouction planning and materials; data mining; advanced Excel.

Brazing Engineer
Oversee small staff in brazing. Provide brazing and assembly process assistance to the plant. Responsible for developing brazing systems and technology to ensure contractual requirements established by customers and procedures are met. Support sales function with braze-related issues and quotations. BS; 5+ years’ experience in thermal process/brazing (furnace, induction, torch, etc.); 3+ years supervisory; knowledge of heat treating, operations management, metallurgy, inspection.

Quality Manager
Employee-centric manufacturer for industries including med devices and aerospace. Oversee 5, focus on continually improving AS9100 and ISO9001 quality ratings, maintain vendor certifications and export control. BS and 5+ years of quality management in AS9100 environment; Lean/S5 desired; supervisory/staff development/training.

Quality Engineer
Med Device startup adding Quality Engineer to work cross-functionally throughout product lifecycle, maintain documentation, risk analysis, establish test methods, quality/supplier agreements, investigate failures, CAPA, regulatory submission assistance. BS in engineering discipline, 5+ yrs experience with 2 of those years in quality engineering. Med device industry, FDA, ISO reg standards.

Master Scheduler
Develop master production schedule to drive manufacturing schedules and procurement. Provide production, planning, purchasing and management the information to plan operations to optimize the business and meet customer requirements. BS + experience as a Master Scheduler in a high-tech, flexible business environment with multiple production lines. ERP.
