Drive change and continuous improvement within the organization while continuing to meet client demand/requirements. Will be in-house go to for quality. BS and 8+ years’ experience, defense/aerospace, Lean/Six Sigma, ISO environment, prior ERP.

Regional General Manager
Oversee regional plant general managers and performance of quality, safety, P&L. Capital equipment planning, workforce planning/forecasting. BS and 8+ years aerospace, proven hands-on leadership of multiple locations.

Buyer/Planner
Manage purchasing activities to support the production schedule and customer requirements. Cost analysis, volume planning, new supply source development, supplier issue resolution. Strong negotiations, MRP, and 5+ years buying/planning in manufacturing.

Champion continuous improvement activities site-wide; lead Lean and Kaizen events and train staff; lead continuous improvement meetings with management. Technical BS, 5+ years proven Lean in machining/assembly manufacturing.

Materials Planning
Med device company needs planner to drive production and procurement plans to ensure appropriate inventory to meet production requirements. AS degree, 4+ years planning in ISO13485 environment. Small company planning, ERP/MRP.

Quality Engineer
Quality Engineer will act on non-conformances, work with floor personnel, root cause analysis and corrective actions. BS engineering discipline; 4+ years including quality of machined parts, solid GD&T.

Sr. Buyer
Focus on planning and buying production components, finished goods, assemblies, MRO. Work closely with product development, marketing, quality and contract manufacturers. 5+ years of experience with planning and buying in med device, thorough ISO 13485.

Quality Engineer
Focus on scrap reduce through root cause analysis, preventative actions, process improvement. BS technical discipline, 3+ years engineering in machining or sheet metal manufacturing with focus on quality; GD&T, PPA, Gage R&R, etc.

Quality Manager – Plant
Manage plant-wide quality management system, production quality, supplier quality, continuous improvement and engineering services. BS engineering or business, Black or Green Belt, Lean implementation, 10+ years’ diverse manufacturing experience beyond quality.

Demand Planner
Gain information from finance, marketing, sales and develop forecast models for customers; trend analysis; input surrounding inventory strategies on existing items, phase outs, new products. BS; 3+ demand planning in manufacturing.

Buyer/Planner
Procure raw materials, manage supplier actions, negotiate pricing, new supplier qualifications, manage orders to production. 4+ years in manufacturing purchasing raw material commodities; solid negotiations with vendors; inventory management.

Plant Manager
Oversee daily ops of plant ($35M) - financial, safety, quality and production; provide direction and guidance to out-of-state plant leadership; plant property maintenance and equipment, etc. BS engineering or technical discipline; 10+ years with operational planning and management including recent continuous process manufacturing operation of 150+; Lean.

Materials Manager
Keep up with growth based on new product launch for med device company. Electronics-based buying; apply strategic focus to supply chain function; production scheduling; inventory control; work with engineering on NPI; forecasting. AS or higher; 4+ years of experience in electronics manufacturing.

Quality Manager
Primary objective of the Quality Director will be to Implement ISO 13485 and manage and sustain the certifications to attain and sustain FDA compliance. BS technical or biomedical discipline, 10+years quality including at least 5 in med device, expert in procedure writing and implementation specific to ISO 13485, hands-on leader.

Mechanical Commodity Manager
Startup needs manager to develop supply chain for complex mechanical structures including evaluating suppliers, determining selection criteria and ongoing performance management. Bachelors, 7+ years purchasing for production and NPI, supply chain and inventory management (metals, forgings, machining, fab metals, etc.), strong negotiation.

Supplier Quality Manager
Oversees the development and implementation of the Supplier Quality Management program. BS degree, 7+ years of experience within manufacturing, strong knowledge of quality systems such as ISO or AS9100, supplier quality, inspection.

Supplier Quality Engineer
Maintain supplier data, updating supplier quality manual, supplier inspections, develop corrective action plans. BS technical discipline, manufacturing (metals and/or engineering components), Lean, intimate QMS knowledge. Travel up to 50%.

Planner/Buyer
Fast-growing med device company. Production scheduling; purchasing mechanical, plastic, electrical, and/or other parts; negotiate terms; supplier quality. 5+ years of applicable experience; negotiation skills; working knowledge international regulations.

Transportation Manager
Daily details of ground, air and water transportation of goods and materials. Work with 3PL carriers, track performance KPI, serve as SME on LMS; oversee small team. BS, 10+ years logistics oversight in manufacturing setting; small private fleets.
